A sacred and powerful space to dive deep into your heart and allow your wounds, shadows, negativity, dry and cold lands of known and unknown pain, trauma, grief, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, resentment, anger, closure and blockages, to be reached, healed and transformed.

With the focus on purposeful Breathing exercises, mindful Movements, Mudras, Mantras, Chanting, use of your Voice, Affirmations, Visualizations and Energy Healing Sessions on your heart, this Vibratory Healing Retreat will accompany you through a deep Healing Journey, affecting not only your heart, but also your mind, body and spirit.

Beyond the painful narration or understanding you can or can not articulate about its history, your heart is a conscious electromagnetic field, with a brain and a capacity to heal, if addressed in its vibratory aspect that is the real state of the emotional reactions to the dramas you went through.

This Retreat is designed to be a profoundly transformational experience to recover an authentic sense of the highest qualities of your heart, of the consciousness expressed there: Light, Peace, Joy, Courage, Strength, openness to Forgive, Reconciliation, Lightness, Expansion, Enthusiasm, regained Trust and unconditional Love.

Layers of hardening, misbelief, hurt and pain will be peeled away to expose the true loving Presence of Divine Brightness from within.

Our heart craves for liberation and expansion in its natural state of Divine Love. Pain is not greater than the Love we can cultivate.

To assist you discovering how to activate and cultivate that Love who is the Healer, this Retreat is dedicated, based on the Teachings of Kriya Yoga as brought by Paramhansa Yogananda.
